Michelle Doherty has been a kitchen design specialist since 2005, creating some of the most sought-after kitchens in the New York area. She has worked with some of the most well-known leaders in their respective fields from film, music, art, and technology.
From Soho to the Hamptons
As an ex-showroom manager for the flagship NYC showroom for Scavolini, in the A&D building in NYC, as well as Aster Cucine, Michelle has led projects end-to-end from concept to installation for hundreds of kitchen renovations.
Michelle is now an independent kitchen designer working with homeowners in local communities in Nassau County and Suffolk county on Long Island.
Award-Winning Kitchens
Michelle's kitchens have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Signature Kitchens & Baths, DIY Network, CES Las Vegas. She was also a member of the prestigious Dacor Design Council, where she consulted Samsung executives in South Korea on how to best design their Dacor appliances, and was 1 of 5 judges for a national designer competition.
