What are your price ranges for services?
"Consult + Plan" ranges between $750 - $1,500 depending on need. Drawings ("Signtaure Blueprint") range from $2,500 - $5,000+ depending on size & scope of the project. Luxe All-In is for end-to-end kitchen design & project management, which can range from $6,500 - $10,000+ depending on size & scope of project.
How does the process work?
First, we have an initial consultaton call, centered on your project needs. Then, we put together a package that works best for you. From there, we begin with a formal meeting and space planning session at your home. We'll present the designs and go through rounds of revision until it is just right. Once approved, we work with your vendors to ensure the designs are translated appropriately to your supplier.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Floral Park, New York and provide kitchen design services in Floral Park, Garden City, Manhasset, Roslyn, Port Washington, Great Neck, and the greater Nassau county surrounding areas. We also service the Hamptons, and the south & north forks of Long Island out east.
Do you perform the construction?
No, our services are only design. We can work with your contractors and architects as well as cabinet & countertop companies, appliances, and kitchen showrooms to align with our designs.
How fast is the process?
We move along our clients' pace but generally consulting-only collborations are around 4-6 weeks; blueprints & drawings take about 4-6 weeks; and project managemenet usually falls within 2-3 months. Circumstances can vary widely per project.
How do your design packages work?
Each package (Consult + Plan. Signature Blueprint, and Luxe All-In) has a set list of deliverables that we perform. We issue a contract before work begins, inclusive of engagement terms, invoice scheduling, and payment information. Once signed, we schedule our official home visit & project kickoff.
